Do you have any challenges with the black hood wrap?

I bought a Miata last year and am so paranoid about something staining the soft top, haha. I think I’d worry about the matte hood on the 1LE just as much.

No problems so far, I use the chemical guys matte detailer spray every time I wash it

Good to hear! I remember when this debuted people hating on it, saying how the hood wrap wouldn’t hold up

I’ve gotta find a nice soft top cleaner.

I test drove a red v6 1LE years back, and like the Miata, it ’s one of those cars where the very first moment you turn the steering wheel you know you’re in for  a good time.

Looks great.

How stubborn were the black wheels to clean.

I’ve had black wheels that were easy to clean and some that were really awkward for no rhyme or reason, just needed that much more attention.

Honda Civic, easy, a dream to clean.
